News from inside the Wonders HQ rumours that DenieD is on the outer after his utterly disappointing performance in front of the goals last weekend. Kicking only 1 goal and spraying 5 behinds from right in the goal-square in a game where they needed to win to keep in touch with the top 8.



DenieD has been dealing with the yips this season where he has multiple games with more behinds than goals. It has been hard on the team as the Wonders have been trying to make it further up the ladder after a poor first half of the season.


Anonymous Wonders Teammate: 'We simply cannot keep carrying this guy"


It wasn't all that long ago that DenieD shined in the forward line of the Wonders, netting himself 2 All-SFA selections and a FRED Medal in his previous 2 seasons at the club.

If DenieD doesn't find some way to turn things around this weekend, then we could see a very late trade come into play as the Wonders try to move the pieces for a last ditch effort at making finals.

All eyes will be on the Wonders and Swamprats clash tomorrow at the Colosseum. This very well could be the last time we see DenieD in Blue and Yellow...​
