I think South and Claremont are probably going to be near the top of the WAFL ladder this year.

Peel had McDonald, Riddle and Tregenza as their tall forwards, and probably Fyfe would have spent some time there if he'd seen out the game.  Sears was another medium size, who I'm not sure if he played the game out or just wasn't seen much.   Tregenza really had a shocker today.  Also Hancock wasn't even named in either Peel's reserves or league squad but ended up playing so he must have been in doubt.

Main issue was not enough entries, but who'd want to be a forward trying to read the play upfield with the way Peel were short kicking backwards and criss-cross and constantly missing targets.  Delean had a go, although he probably got most of his possessions outside of the forward 50m.

It depends if Peel have rolling injuries that keeps the line-up short of options or if some of the injured players like Walters, Sturt come back and the  flow on from getting players back and having a few players you've mentioned drop back from AFL to WAFL.

A couple of the players they recruited in the off-season from Victoria both played in the reserves today.
