Sure, but I would prefer to implement a change early in the season when the players might still have their energy/belief/ambitions up and play hard, rather than mailing it in for a handful of token games at the end of the year.

I seriously doubt Graham is anything special and want to clean house with our coaches.  However, I would like to see as much evidence as possible to back that up.  What if I am wrong and he is a coaching genius?  What if he took over at 0-3 and we played attacking football and he took us to 14-9 and 5th/6th or something like that.  Might be highly unlikely, but not impossible.  Whereas I think it would be impossible with JL.

We know what we are getting from JL  ... a dour and defensive gameplan that is a dud.  The longer we get to see something different, the better.

Club also has to think about crowds, sponsors and revenue.  Not sure how all of this would impact that, but people want to be entertained.

I wouldn't cut JL loose completely either.  I'd keep him in some kind of player development role to maintain the relationships he has built.  That seems to be his strong point, not his coaching ability.  The club has thought outside the box with his employment terms, and I suspect that might be the reason.   Just bring things forward and modify his current contract that expires 31 October 2025.
