Apparently he fell over and landed on the Gavin Dore's leg. He had to be helped off with 2 trainers in his 301st game. The boundary rider thinks it's a broken leg.

They were saying on radio that the reason we got the free might have been that a Bulldogs player pushed (they said Simmo) Stevo into the umpire.

If this is the case I reckon we will hear more on this later this week.

43 years old. In a radio interview before his 300th last week, he said he'd definitely give it away after this year... basically only went again in 2004 because he didn't want to later regret retiring five games short of 300.

Came across as a top bloke.

I'd say he's finished... horrible way to go out.
