Rumours that have been escalating over the past week involving Anthony Stevens quitting the Kangaroos over yet another sex scandal look like being confirmed very soon.

It is believed that Stevens' wife, Kelli, the same woman who had a much publicised affair with Wayne Carey at the beginning of the 2002 season has been caught again, this time with former Kangaroo and Fremantle Docker player Stuart Anderson.
At the Footygoss function tonight it was confirmed that Stevens will apparently return to his home in the country and quit as Kangaroos skipper, as a result of the latest scandal.
No confirmation has yet been made by the Kangaroos, however when it is it will be published here first on FootyGoss.
