Dont know what to make of this kid. Was interested when we got him but didnt set the world on fire in the VFL and has struggled with injuries and form. Next year hopefully he can stay fit and show what he can offer.

I got to sit next to him at the player sponsor dinner earlier in the year, up until last Friday, was my Richmond highlight of the year

Has apparently grown to around the 194cm mark. I'm tending the side with some others who are unsure whether he will make it. He plays a pretty outside role on the flanks and wings and doesn't have outstanding skills or pace. Therefore we would need to develop a massive engine similar to Ellis to be potent.

If he has grown to 194cm, I think they should develop him as a 3rd tall type similar to Mackie or Birchall. A guy that you can probably play on your Gunston and Tom Lynch types but not your Hawkins and Roughead's.

You are probably right, but he moves like a midfielder and has an outstanding tank already. I would make him a Tagger if he cant cut it as an attacking Winger.
