Not joking but figuring out where to rate those mid to late academy picks is probably pretty hard. It's not just figuring out your own rating but also where other clubs might bid (either for wanting them or to extract a price). Then having to trade around points to cover all the bases.

A couple of times we have almost got it wrong (almost didn't have enough one year when I think a bid for Coleman came earlier than expected) while last year we had too many points in the end.
