He is leaving the dogs, to be picked up in the PSD/free agency. Would we be considering him?

Quick, can run, can kick a goal. He has gone backwards at the doggies tho.

If he comes cheap and wants to put in the hard yards could be a very good injection of pace. Is only 25 and has talent, just comes down to his will to work for his career.

Is he the player from Brisbane who looked like he was coming here about 3 years or so ago? Even flew down to have a look at the club, but eventually didn't come.

Looked to be a very promising player when with Brisbane, but he has gone drastically backwards at the Dogs, where he has been a very average player IMO.

He does have good pace, and if you thought he'd recover his old form then he'd definitely be worth a crack at in the PSD. If not, you'd just leave him be.

Almost makes White look passable. Can't get any of his own ball and butchers it when he does.

We just got rid off one shit bloke and people already want to replace him with another?! :p

I would love to see Hamish O pick up a gem with pick 84 or what ever it will be and get another couple of good players on the rookie list.

I still think we are a very good chance to outdraft Port with picks 68 & 84. Upgrade Laird and a hidden gem. Winning.

I think people are forgetting how good he was at Brisbane before he started acting like a tool

In 2009, he dominated a game against us. 35 disposals and 3 goals. He's gone backwards at the Dogs and had that unfortunate racial slur incident, but he's only 25 so he has plenty of time to turn his career around. I wouldn't be angry if we took a chance with him, provided we use our later pick on him.

That was Troy Selwood.

Hells to the no!

Such a player like him reminds me of a cross between Brad Symes and Richard Douglas...
Seriously?

Sherman provides run carry and kicks goals above and beyond what both of these players can, adds a bit of unpredictability in a good way.

Look at the moment he is perfoming way under, it would be a question of if Sando could bring the best out in him.

I still have my doubts about Sherman regardles...

as opposed to our previously highest paid player. Reckon he might be a breath if fresh air. Any chance he has CEO qualities?

After all, we are passionate about promoting from within. Otherwise we might be at risk of upsetting the status quo. Wouldn't want some cowboy coming in with a non-negotiable attitude towards good governance and good decision making. Would be a disaster for the Adelaide football club.

Seriously, he is a player that you don't want. Has a good burst of speed, but not much else.

Butchers the ball, goes missing too much & I don't think that he is a team player. I along with a lot of Lions supporters, weren't unhappy to see him leave.

You would think after 2 clubs he might have pulled his head in.

Have a Brisbane mate who had nothing buy bad things to say about Sherman and thought he was a grade A **** head. After just getting rid of Mr Me me me me me me me me, I'd hate for us to grab him. No doubt he has ability but is he the difference between our squad playing in a GF? I think not

Heard similar things, just one of those people with a totally overblown sense of self importance.
