Interesting on Footy Classifieds last night the ever reliable Hutchy reported Sherman has asked to leave.
1) I wonder if the Fev allegations towards shermans wife have any truth?
2) What would Shermans trade value be worth for a pick.
3) What clubs would be willing to trade a player for Sherman?

I think Armitage if he isn't GC bound would be a good trade.

Not sure we could trade for him, if we did I'd love to have Sherman in the side. He played a cracker against us at the MCG a couple of years back - your best in a losing side. Would give that outside run we are searching for now, and with Eagleton's retirement if he plays to his strengths he wont have too much competition for a spot in the side.

I am sure that most Clubs would be interested in Sherman however if his supposed contract dollars are any where near the mark being reported, 400 K, then the interest would drop off at a rapid rate.

Given the fact that he remains contracted to Brisbane therefore making a trade more difficult I doubt he will be going anywhere.

Gee things appear to be unraveling at a scarey rate at Brisbane. It could not have happed at a worse time with the Suns coming in.

Wouldn't mind him as a player, but could definitely do without the $900k contract, with $800k still to be paid over the final two years. He's a decent player, but he isn't a $400k a year decent.

1. Sherman is worth at best a pick in the early 20s.

2. They got Prismall for pick 32 or something which is probably a fair trade.

At $400k a year to honour his back ended contract with Brisbane, I doubt there will be too many clubs interested.

He's a good player, but not worth being paid what the top 5 players at your club get.

Apart from GC what club's can afford to pay $400k a year for him ?
