John Candy was one funny guy, and I love watching those classic 80's comedies [the BEST decade for movie comedies] with John Candy, Steve Martin, Chevy Chase etc.

What John Candy movies have craked you up?

Mine are:

Planes, Trains And Automobiles [he and steve martin get into some hilarious situations]

National Lampoon's Vacation [Thats a be-be gun!]

Uncle Buck [When he is talking to the teacher with the mole ]

Stripes [With Bill Murray. When trying to explain to the army sargent why they were found at the strip club, John Candy says 'we were on our way to the bingo parlour...' ]

The Blues Brothers [classic flick. nuff said!!]

Add The Great Outdoors. It had it`s moments. Planes, Trains and Automobiles was a hoot!

So I figured while I'm here I'll lose a few pounds. And you got what, a 6 to 8 week training programme here? A real tough one. Which is perfect for me.... ... ... I'm going to walk out of here a Lean, Mean, Fightin' Machine!"

Cool Runnings - "Oh, yeah, just one little drawback to this delightful winter sport. The high-speed crash. Ooh! That hurt. Always remember, your bones will not break in a bobsled. No, no, no. They shatter."

Spaceballs - "I'm a mog, half man half dog. I'm my own best friend!"

Brewster's Millions - "Monty, this is Hackensack, NJ. No scout comes here, you understand that. Trains are going through the outfield right now. But you strike this guy out, I'll take you with me tonight and get you drunk, that's a promise."
