From memory Ross Lyon blew a fuse at recruitment when Cripps was discovered as being a person with Diabetes , Ross obviouslty calmed down and rates Cripps but I think Cripps might have taken this initial Lyon response as a negative and Woosha will be good for Cripps with his Pharmacy background . FWIW people with type 1 diabetes no longer have to report as such at job interviews , its called equal opportunities .

 

I thimk # 41 will be good , Cripps could easily make the grade especially once he gets more confidence in his health .
