Eat what you want, when you want, watch TV movies, listen to music, surf the net etc etc etc, once your in that state, its very hard to break.

I do admit, when I was sick last month and went back after a few weeks of, I lost a lot of motivation and discipline, as I had a lost bit of strength and struggling to get through my workouts.Me too. Fast forward a few weeks since then and Im glad I persevered and pushed through as I feel a lot more happier and enjoying the gym again.
Thats not to say that there are people or things that irritate and or annoy me still.
Interesting comment you made about talking a walk after a meal, I heard recently that it is much better to go for walks after a meal than at any other time of the day. It was in relation to blood glucose levels and using the immediate fuel source for walking then storage.
