I’ve been thinking this for a while but don’t know if it’s true, did Michael Voss get overlooked once before for the Carlton job? And if he did what type of incompetence is it if you overlooked a coach 3 or so years before, then sacked the coach you hired over him, only to replace him with the same coach who wasn’t good enough 3 years prior.
