Anyone else out there still alive in this comp??

Last round must have been hard for some because tipsters remaining dropped from over 5,000, to 2,500. I am still alive in this comp, and I managed to eliminate GWS from the equation when I chose them to beat Gold Coast.

On a side note, the tip 5 comp is down to only 52 people, is anyone here amongst them, or know someone who is?

I'm still alive, and eliminated GWS as well.

But likely going for Bulldogs over Carlton this week ..... so probably not here next week

Finally... a response.....

I am still in, and have Freo to beat GWS this week. So I expect to go through to the next round, which I predict I will take Norf to beat the Dees. Still have Hawks and Eagles amongst teams left. Looks like you are out, bad luck mate.

I'm also still in and have gone Freo this weekend as well.
Unlike you I still have GWS to knock out and probably don't have the guts to pull the trigger on them until the last round, I'm hoping that North drop out of the finals race by then and play a young side.
Don't like my chances though.

yeah, I'm reluctant to pull the trigger on Western or Gold Coast, but I think I will have to go Gold Coast in the return game against GWS. $1000 to the winner, and I guess we are a chance of some sort, so good luck.

Safely through again. Another 100 or so dropped out this week, 1400 to go.
North to beat Melbourne as a tactical move this week. There are easier options, but need to eliminate Norf from the equation.

Changed from North to WCE because WCE aren't certainties to win many games from here, whilst North I can hold off a couple of weeks.

Still have Hawks and Roos left, plus 3 lower teams, including Port, who I will tip to beat GWS this week. Unfortunately, only 500 or so dropped out this week, but I expect to see some people dropping out after this week. 1300 or so to go.

Did you end up going for port? I am still in, 359 left have gws, gc, essendon and the bulldogs. Will go for the suns this week and hope a lot more drop but is most likely my last week

Yep, went with Port. 1000 dropped out, probably because of them. I still had Hawks, North, Dogs, Suns, not a bad mix, bloody PORT!!!!!! Was planning for the end, and it had worked until now. Good luck mate, you will need some luck absolutely, but post again this week. You have to take GCS this week.
