The rail lines through Vic Park have changed massively since those photos were taken. From memory, the plan prior to the stadium is to have six lines run through there. It would be a tight squeeze.

Important to keep in mind that the Review actually recommended the stadium be located down on Gilchrist Ave, not at the top of the hill as it is in the artist's impression.

I know the hill might conceivably provide some pretty views, but a 1k walk uphill (particularly in a Qld summer) would not at all be pleasant for many people. The addition of 45,000 others trying to do the same thing at the same time would make it a hell on earth.

I can't see how it could pass any sort of accessibility standards.
