I am just going to do profiles and suggestions on th 1st round then just name the rest.
Bulldogs:1#-Adam Cooney-SA-186cm 81kg
Hard,Quick,Tough this kid has got it all and is pretty much certain to go #1 in the draft. Cooney will add more depth into the dogs centre line, which will make a strong on ball brigade with Johnson,West,Murphy and Darcy.
Carlton:#2-Colin Sylvia-Vic-183cm 83kg
The best player in Victoria,he has toughness, speed and can apparantlley take a huge grab. Will be a huge addition to Carltons Midfield will be one of there only in and under tough players. Also to add another notch he can play just about anywhere.
Melbourne:#3-Andrew Walker-Vic-189cm-83kg
Fast Defender/Midfielder who has won the 400,800 and 1500m state championships, pretty good for a guy that could grow into a 190cm+ player, has alot of skill and could be a player to build a team around, only question would be his bouncing.
Bulldogs:#4-Kepler Bradley-WA-198cm-83kg
Very Athletic big guy,is a bit on the skinny side but a 198cm player who has the endurance to play onball and on the wing could come in handy!
Melbourne:#5-Kane Tenace-Vic-182cm 81kg
Fastest man in Victoria for his age, could win a game off his own boot. Also showed his worth while in the National Carnival with his leadership qualities and the way he lifted in that 4th quater.
Essendon:#6-Raph Clarke-190cm 77kg
Very Talented, probably the most talented in the draft. Brother of Xavier and has the endurance and pace to be an asset to Sheedys Mob.
Geelong:#7-Troy Chaplin-Vic-194cm 93kg
Big KPP player who supplies the physical presence that the Cats need around there forward line. As well as being tough he has great athletiscm for his size which came from his basketballing background.
St Kilda:#8-Billy Morrison-Tas-193cm 90kg
Kpp player who is a real talent, has not been seen by many people, but from what I have heard he is as good a big man in the draft as you will get. Also St Kilda and there affiliation with Tasmania may sway them from Watts to Morrison.
Kangaroos-#9-Brock Mclean-Vic-182cm 86kg
Cant find many tougher players than Brock Mclean,he lacks pace but makes it up with heart, a;so has some of the best hands in the buisness.
Fremantle-#10Farren Ray-WA-182cm 79kg
Local boy/skillful as they come on both feet. May ladck a bit of desire sometimes, got one of the best beep test results ever at the camp. All Australian as well.
Eagles-#11-Callum Burges-WA-185cm
Kept under wraps by the eagles most of the year, played all of year in the PSA comp at Hale school. Has a mature body and could slip straight into AFL.
Fremantle-#12-Jacob Surjan-180cm 79kg
Excellent pace and will work well with fellow draftee Farren Ray, so far Conolly has got his wish of more good midfielders, these two are as good as any and will be good players for Bell and Haselby to feed to.
Essendon-#13-Ricky Dyson-Vic-181cm 75kg[/b[
Quick Rohan Smoth type player, has pace and a very penetratong kick. Did great at draft camp and at the carnival were he earnt all australian honours.
Adelaide Brent Hall-#14-WA-196cm 90kg
Top ruck prospect in the draft (apart from Mark Blake) and with adelaide looking towards the future for someone to Help Rhett out in the ruck when Clarke retires.
Port Adelaide#15-Fergus Watts-194cm 93 kg[/b]
All Australian with great endurance who can take a mark as well as anyone, he lacks pace and his running style is not great, but obvious replacment for Paxman at the Power.
Sydney-#16 Ryley Dunn-182cm 80kg
Tough inside midfielder/Backmen who has enough pace to find time and deliver well on both feet. realy should be top 10 but slips down because of teams needs.
Collingwood-#17 Will Gayfer 192cm 91kg
Personally dont see him as a superstar but a week in week out contributior who could be a very good role player, seems very disciplened.
Brisbane-#18 Jay Nash 183cm 80kg
Pacy Skillful tough this kid could be a superstar is a great kick and a good pick up at 18.
