A team that wins but parties not ideal, but at least they're doing their jobs.

A team that loses and parties, they have no alibi. It's like comparing St Kilda's culture to Melbourne's. Saints may not be perfect, but they were damn good at winning.

Riccutio & the boys liked a drink, maybe more, but they got the job done on the field.

McKenna has overseen a team that could not win a game without Ablett, whilst having a terrible work ethic & serious party habit by all reports. The 2014 first half of the season is a false read for McKenna. Ablett was playing out of this world football. What happened when he was injured? Team collapsed. That must come back to McKenna.

Maybe he would be a decent assistant.

But given his track record, I wouldn't be chasing him that hard.
