I think the longer this has gone on it has become more apparent that the AFL that has bankrolled the club has planted Evans to right the ship more than the Coch convincing him to come.

On Wright he was at the Hawks since 2007 and was there for all the premierships but most of the big guns were recruited by Buckanara & Pelchen

Not sure how I would feel about Wright - has been at a big club that know what they are doing and would have a good working relationship with Evans but hasn't done this role elsewhere before
