Sure this is a cunning stunt, designed to be done outside of the club soft cap..

Would think the most benefit is for performance dept, not admin department.

The admin guys a further educating so they can move to the next higher pay cheque.

Performance guys a judged by the performance of the players and ability to keep them on the park at peak performance.

Nothing against admin, but it’s like giving the bean counters performance benefits, for the players finishing in the finals.
