Breaking News - Rex Hunt bashed

This is yet to hit the news on the internet, but 3AW reported just after 3pm that Rex Hunt and his son Matthew were severely bashed in Byron Bay. I don't know if this happened last night or some time today. The Hunt family were in Byron Bay to celebrate a friend's wedding. The story is that about 10-15 youths aged 15-20 belt the pair up while their partners looked on. Apparently the attackers did not know who their victims were, yet were reported to have said that they did not want tourists in their town.

The news report said that tourists are often targetted in Byron Bay for no reason..

It isn't just the physical injuries that occurs in this type of unprovoked assault.

All members could be affected psychologically including Mr Hunt and his sons partners who had to watch as their loved ones were physically harmed without provocation (by the sounds of it) and purely randomly (again by the sounds of it). It happens more than most people realise.

That is weird, thanks for pointing it out. Couldn't be coincedence. Is there some software that scans a thread for place names and pops in relevant ads? Or is it manually done?
