And my pal DirtyLeeds brings up a very good point about checking in on friends or family members who may be struggling this time of the year

I have felt close to the bring of despair/hopelessness at this time of the year in the past (esp as my own family and background don't celebrate Christmas)

A simple phone call and check in with someone you know who is doing it tough can do wonders !

Anyhow sending you all positive karma and vibes and hopefully the team can go 2 wins better in 2024 (oh and our AFLW team win the flag with the Moody Blues as well )
