We have a lovely lady at my work who is 22. She had cancer of the cervix, had treatment and is now on the 3rd lot of radiation and chemo with metastises in her bones.She is such a sweet gentle girl, its awful.

I am in total shock this morning at this news. We all knew she had the cancer but thought she was beating it. 32 is just way too young............

The shocking and horrible young deaths that we have suffered this year sadly continue. It is just unfair that she is gone at such a young age, and my deepest condolences go out to the Emmet and McManus families.

So sad.......I used to watch her on Home and Away. 32 is so so young, only 3 years older than I am now.

Very sad. Was shocked but not overly suprised when I heard the story...

It's the end of a tough time for Rove in one way but the start of something completly new and negative. Good luck to him.

Shocked. I was hoping she had gotten on top. I knew she had relapses but they always seemed to be confident they were winning. I haven't watched Home and Away for many years so when I last watched it, she was on and I always thought she was so hot.

Amazed that Rove has been able to stay active with his show and continue to have a sense of humour more importantly.

So so sad about this. RIP Belinda.

yeh definetly not. cancer is such a horrible thing but if you noticed any pictures of her and rove recently she looked extremely ill so its really sad she couldnt beat it. i think has been affected by her cancer for all those years and probably got even worse this year when he maybe saw her health deteroiate even further. condolences to him and her family no one would like a loved one to go.

There is a difference between having a sense of humour (i.e laughing at something you find funny) to actually being funny. He seemed to keep his spirits up throughout this whole ordeal. No doubt they talked about life going on and so forth, but it is easier said than done.
