Some years ago - SOME years, not ALL of the years - we celebrated manangatang's 100th game of qootball in the Sweet Football Association.

That’s not to say that manangatang had played qootball games in other leagues, of course - mang is WELL KNOWN for being EXCLUSIVE to Sweet.

And I know what you’re thinking: “if we celebrated mang's 100th game SO RECENTLY, then WHY does this thread exist?!” And the answer, you cheeky scoundrel, is that a FURTHER ONE HUNDRED GAMES OF QOOTBALL have been and gone.

That’s right: mang is playing game 200 this very weekend (IF selected).

Now, I want to celebrate as we did one hundred games ago: with a VERY interesting Q&A service, from me (Headless) to you (not Headless).

Q. Is it true that manangatang was recently inducted into the MBD Hall of Fame?
A. YES - and the biggest surprise here is that it took this long! mang is the Demons’ LONGEST SERVING CAPTAIN - and a premiership-winning captain at that!

Yes - in fact I’d go as far as saying that that’s quite likely.

Q. Is manangatang MUCH LOVED by Demon teammates and opposition posters alike?
Yes - ABSOLUTELY.

Is it true that manangatang was overlooked for the All-Sweet FA side in Season 29 due to not playing enough games in the backline even though played infinitely more games in the backline than the poster selected in the back pocket, and even though manangatang produced what was, in my view, the greatest posting season of anybody in the modern era?
Yes.

Absolutely love being at the Mighty Delons! you’ve built a relaxed and welcoming culture, our onfield might be a bit wonky right now but still having 22 people turn up every week to support the club speaks volumes. I’m really glad you took me on board

Besides the Dees you’ve done a power of work here over the years and are always a sensible and steadying voice when needed.
