How’s Toby Cinema going

Little report here
#11 Toby Sinnema (Melbourne NGA)
Midfielder | 180cm | 11/12/2007

Stats:
20 disposals, 4 marks, 4 inside 50s

Not too dissimilar to Round 1, Sinnema was primarily stationed on the wing in the first half before moving into an on-ball role for the final two quarters. Sinnema covered ground well and demonstrated his speed in space, and after adjusting to the wind, was typically damaging with his ball use by foot. When inside the centre square, Sinnema was at his best when he was receiving the ball to get out of the contest, backing his speed in to outrun opposition and remaining composed as the pressure came.

really? that would be an amazing if he does nominate us. he'll probably wait until the end of the year. I mean, if we come bottom 3 and trac, Oliver and Pickett leave and Gold Coast make a prelim I'd imagine it'd make the decision harder. Fingers crossed
If Tom Sparrow is top 5 in our best and fairest then we are going nowhere as a footy club.

Considering Jack Viney completely robbed Gawn, let alone finish top 5 in our best and fairest last year proves enough what an absolute joke of a system it is.

Losing the only half exciting player we have is square at the feet of Roffey, Pert, Goodwin, Gawn and Oliver. They created and/or were apart of destroying whatever culture we had after the flag
it is truly incredible we managed to win a flag with Roffey, Pert, Goodwin & Richo at the helm. It's absolutely ****ing astounding tbh.

Crazy times during covid, no better example of this than our flag with those guys in charge.

I truly believe we only won that flag because we trained better and smarter than everyone else during COVID and not because of some great coaching.

Wtf does Tim Lamb do then? Contracts? Been terrible.
contracts and salary cap, negotiations Re trade collateral... in conjunction with the rest of footy dept.

... and Terrible Re the big contract lengths.

Attracting talent? Terrible.
I don't think this is tLambs issue... I think it's the Red&Blue problem.

And if he's not making any decisions, then why is he employed? I don't think Goodwin or Richardson will last the season. I just hope Lamb goes not long after.
He is doing his job.

The mistakes in list management and salary cap space, are owned by the whole off-field of the club. From the Head-Coach thru all assistants, to the Footy Dept Head, the past President, and the past CEO.!
All of these have a say on the big decisions.

surely, IF anyone robbed Gawn... then it would be the coaches who voted that way.

Not Viney's fault for playing high grade contested footy in 2024.

Couple of years ago I would have been devastated by the prospect of him leaving. Now I feel nothing.
This imo, IF he is leaving,? is NOT the position of A Happy Team At Where.? aami, mcg, the glass house, or Casey.?

At the Horses Central... it's enough to give me the Trots.!

The team was not built under Roffey! Pert! or Richo! these were walk ins to a club already marching. The janitors.

add Roosy, Bartlett, Taylor, pJackson. et al. The Architects.

To be fair I don’t think this makes a difference to the fact he was leaving. Just sites up a WA manager for himself. We can still hold out for a good deal but the way we’re going we’ll probably let him go for best freo will offer.
If we’re tough on the matter we’ll say you can go to WC. But can’t see it happening.

Freo will be hoping they can offer future picks... sorry Freo, but that aint gunna cover anything.

You better start trading to get better picks cause that's what it'll take.

and NO. LJackson won't cover the job either.

Were talking Brayshaw... or 2 picks up the top, of the 1st Rnd.

We'll be lucky to get a late future first.

I rate Kozzie very highly and I think he’s about the break out into the genuine AFL elites, so I might be over valuing him.

But I reckon a fair trade is a top 5 pick, or a decent player (say, Treacy plus a pick in the mid teens).

Do I think we’ll get that, probably not.

I love Kozzy, but we would be adding capital for Treacy in that hypothetical, not the other way around. Treacy's 22, will be challenging for the Coleman for the next decade, and plays the most valuable position there is in terms of trade capital.

Subtract Treacy from their team and add Koz, and they become instantly worse, despite how good Pickett is.
