I make no assumptions about the correctness of either of those sources. On edge cases like this they're wrong more often than they're right.
 
Happy with the players we have picked up in the draft. More speed to burn and I suspect some of the midfield reinforcements we need are already on the list and will help open up spots in the forward line.

Leake, Rowston to help inside and Jones is primed to move up onto the wing (the move involved we can get him the better off we will be).

Plus Keefe somewhere there as well.
I think we are well positioned.
I'm.thinking our players going into the.3-5year is where our growth comes from.
Stringer adds some x factor.
That forward line is scary

I like this approach.
That is who we think is the best player for us. It's who we want, so pick him.
The idea is to build the list you want, not win the draft.
Every year we here of someone like Dodorro winning the trades and getting away with murder in draft night , but didn't win a final in his time.

That's because dodoro had mates in the media constantly flying his flag, no bigger than Mick Ablett who tried to stick the boots into Essendon's new recruiter on draft night. The new guy did a superb job and the fans are wrapped, but dodoro's mates definitely tried to make it difficult for him. I don't even think dodoro knew how the points system worked going off his recent history.

This looks good, I'm only worried about midfield depth coz some of those players are ageing. Hopefully another forward can go in there and have an impact like snooze did this year, then fill their small forward position with one of the breadth of options for that position. Otherwise it's really down to Rowston and leake who we basically haven't seen at senior level yet, so it's hard to rely on them in a final. I do wonder if Callum Brown could play a wing role, he has all the athletic attributes to do so, but whether he has the game knowledge is the question. I'd also like to see aleer surpass himmelberg for that third back role, himmelberg's finals series was terrible, but he's on a massive contract now so unlikely he'd be squeezed out.

I think Jones will move up on to one of the wings which will open up a spot for gothard
