I want everyone's head on a plate for breakfast tomorrow. This has fast become bullshit.

Also, wtf is with drinks breaks robbing us of football? We never get an appropriate amount of time added on at the end. If you're going to do a drinks break, then stop the timer.

Lazy! no leadership on or off field. Season is a write off.

It's more of a case the club now cant afford to not hire a quality manager. Because the cost of hiring one is much less than cost of a poor finish to the season.

If the club believed in Diles long term they would have announced publicly he is their man a long time ago

We're still only 6 points off second somehow.

Definitely has Grant Brebner vibes about his tenure.

I mean with the same squad and record PK had v Diles is a complete contrast for the worse.

Club needs to sort it out asap otherwise the season will be a write off and fans will understandably be upset with how they’ve mismanaged the season off the field.

It was a weird feeling tonight, it was proper upset at that result, cos there was no excuse for it. We were a better team for most of the game, intertwined with moments of ineptitude and apathy.

This was the best squad we've had in years - if not the best, certainly the deepest, we've never had bench depth like this before. And we're pissing it away.

I didn't see any heads roll today.

I didn't really think they would... but I've watched enough sport that last night felt like one of those performances that should've spurred the club into action.

We're in "back or sack" territory with Diles. Either back him and announce him, or make it clear that he's a caretaker and start a proper recruitment.

Pretty much. But backing him is getting pretty unpalatable.

He may turn it around and put in a quality performance against the smurfs.

We're in need of some player recruitment though.

Yes, the club isn't in a great position financially but at the end of the day from last season we've shifted Ikon (1.1 million a season, that is basically a legal theft!!!), Izzo (500k per season). Poppa (750k per season) and now Geria (500k per season) off the books. No full time manager on the books at the moment either....

Transfer income received from Izzo, Lino, Geria in the last 12 months too.

Signs are not promising though. Should've been able to secure a deal for Tommy Deng by now as he is uncontracted and the window is open. We might lose him elsewhere if the club is being tight with whatever it may be offering.

I bet the packet of chips we got for Lino will go a long way.

We would've been lucky to get 6 figures for him. Every argument you've made around Geria has been disproven, you're just trolling at this point.

I suspect we do have some cap room available, but how it compares to everyone else is a complete mystery, and I suspect Deng will end up wherever he gets the best offer. So who has the most cap space that needs/wants a defender? The trail on Deng appears to have gone super quiet, so I'd be surprised if that's a deal we're getting done.

Report in the Australian today we are looking at Montgomery or Aloisi for the job but only after the end of the season.

Both would be very good appointments although Monty is currently assistant to Ange.

Maybe we can get Ange back if Spurs give him the flick!
I'd take Montgomery think Aloisi is pretty settled at Western United.
