Roys FFC vs Coney Island Warriors at Brunswick Junction Oval

Broken - 6:56pm 21/04/2019 “Since the Roys started the season 4-0 in Season 26 they have now put together a league worse record of 6 wins 1 draw and 16 losses during that period.”

The euphoria of season 25 is a distant memory for the Roy faithful, will they turn it around this week? The Warriors on the other hand are building nicely towards another finals berth. A solid win last week against the Rats have plenty of money on the league’s relative newcomers.

Players to Watch – Roys

Einstein said the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. fitzroybowiedog needs to mix things up and perhaps throwing himself back into the midfield is an option?

@I Don’t Care has slotted back into the Roys forward line after his aborted retirement with 3 goals from a forward flank. He will be looking to repeat this performance this week.

Reardo has been leaking goals. This has to stop if the Roys are going to turn things around.

Players to Watch – Warriors

pantskyle is one part of a dymnamic midfield combination. Featuring strongly in the Mobbs medal race this season the nuggety rover wants to stamp his name on this one no doubt!

When it comes to duos you’ve got Mario and Luigi, Simon and Garfunkle, SpongeBob and Patrick, Scully and Hitchcock. Well if pantskyle is Kermit then Wooshette is ….. no wait bad analogy. Woosh has let her on field performances do the majority of leadership for her. The big Warrior princess will want to smash them in the guts again this week.

Freofalcon may be small but he’s strong. Watch him!
