Past Jordan "I don’t think Sydney fans should be nervous at all" Dawson: Grand Theft Completed, traded 2021 to Adelaide

With all due respect, bollocks. No club is going to pick up a player who a) has just asked to return home b) they know does not want to live in their city c) they know does not want to play for them I always feel for a club who loses one of their best players, god knows we have been through it...

Preview Rd 2. Sydney Swans vs Adelaide Crows at the SCG

Probably 4th gamer Jordan Butts, he soundly beat Hawkins last week.

Dear Sydney, You have a gazillion Adelaide fans behind you this week. You will win.......and stay well above Carlolton on the ladder.......giving us pick 3 not 4........and keep port well out of the top 8. BELIEVE!!! We are Sydney!! :p Cheers guys
  6. Go the Guts

Preview Round 2: Sydney vs Adelaide, Friday @ SCG

Understand this thinking, but TBH, our forward line isn't a patch on what it was 2 yrs ago ATM.
  7. Go the Guts

Preview Round 5 2018: Sydney Swans v Adelaide Crows

    AA Brodie Smith out too.

Preview Round 5 2018: Sydney Swans v Adelaide Crows

Reckon? 9 goals 2 on one leg so far in 3 games.
  10. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Agreed. Not no chance, but not much chance for sure. But other sides are now taking him far more seriously than just some other big bloke running around who jags a couple every now and then.
  11. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

He's probably a better forward now - massively improved. Far more agile (read: bloody fast for his size), and a lot better kick. But Tippet's clearly a better ruckman. J Brown said during the week he believes Jenkins has the goods to win the Coleman.

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Yep this was pretty much populist opinion.

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

114 in his 2 seasons with us. But who's counting. :thumbsu: And he's way more valuable than just his goals. Consistently top 10 player with score assists in AFL for last 5 years. That's the thing about our forward line this year. Not an ounce of selfishness in any of them. They gladly hand it...
  14. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Look, happy to actually have some decent discussion, but this post could not be more wrong. Watching both national AFL shows on free to air tonight, and our forward line is rated as the best in the AFL by just about every expert commentator on these shows at present. It's not just our supporters...

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Wow. hope you're not in a relationship? Perhaps look up 'narcissism' on Google. Then have a look in the mirror. Back to the footy.....

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Warm beaches?? Hmm.... might help to have a glance at the national weather map some time champ. Heat is not something Adelaide is known to lack. Take our weather over Sydney's any day. ;)
  17. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Oh dear, you really don't know much about us do you.
  18. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

This is a big difference with us this year. Our outside run has improved immensely. Seedman's kick is just a penetrating rocket, and Brodie Smith kicked 2 goals from 55-60 metres on the run on Saturday, to go with Tex's 65 metre bomb. Think a few of you might be in for a surprise as to how much...

Exactly what the wharfies and ninthmond mobs said. Good luck.

I guess we'll see hey. It's funny we had the wood over you for years, last few years that's been reversed. Might be time it swung back to us. ;)
  21. Go the Guts

Preview 2016 Round 4 Sydney v Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval, Saturday 16 April 7:10pm CST

Or we didn't play carlton and collingwood. All 3 sides we've played so far have had reasonably good attacks on the day, and we've conceded a bunch of junk time goals, which we need to fix.
  22. Go the Guts

Preview Sydney Swans v Adelaide, Rd 17 2015

I'd love to personally clock any bloody crows supporter who booed him anyway. Can't believe this absolute bloody disgrace. Poor bastard, he's an absolute champion bloke and player. Ok maybe he has been a bit vocal at times, but I agree with nearly everything he's said and done anyway. Really...
  23. Go the Guts

Preview Sydney Swans v Adelaide, Rd 17 2015

Maybe, but Danger had 36 posssies (20 contested) last week. His inside game is pretty bloody good. As is Parker's.
  24. Go the Guts

Preview Sydney Swans v Adelaide, Rd 17 2015

It actually is now, wouldn't have given us a show 3-4 weeks ago. Although we have historically been a bogey side for Sydney until a couple of years ago, even in Sydney. Think it'll be a close one.
  25. Go the Guts

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

And I suggest that if you are going to say "You said yourself" comments that you actually properly read what was said. I said I havent posted here much in the off season. I don't need you to tell me to familiarise myself with anything, I am well aware of what crap has been flung around BF, but...
  26. Go the Guts

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

There wasn't actually THAT much pressure on him, Walker was clearly our best forward, Tippet only needed to play a supportive role but failed to do so with regularity. Anyway, water under the bridge now, see what happens with you guys next year.
  27. Go the Guts

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

Yep that's cool. Doesn't change what I said about the offended comments tho.
  28. Go the Guts

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

I'm someone who has a lot more to offer than you and your 6 posts. Any chance you could learn to play the ball not the man, if not you'll last 5 minutes on here. Or would that be a funny story too?
  29. Go the Guts

Kurt Tippett to the Swans? **UPDATE: Tippett requests trade to Sydney***

I haven't posted on BF for a while coz I don't usually give a toss about this kind of stuff in the off season, but you guys would have little to no idea what average crows supporters on the ground here feel. Parochial BF supporters aside, the average crows supporter here, many many that I speak...
  30. Go the Guts

Round 13 The Sydney Swans vs The Adelaide Crows

Someone who has obviously watched a bit of us this year. Porps has been out of form for a few weeks but started to regain it the past game or two, but he's now part of a 4 pronged attack with Taylor Walker, Kurt Tippet and Dangerfield, between the 4 of them they have kicked just under 80 goals...
