usually kicks in when someone leaves the league. So when everyone trades them out you don't get hurt by a price drop

Just remember with price changes which will happen in 10 min by the way for today. You need the player to go up .2 to sell at a higher price. All these changes now will need to go up again to earn the money on them. On WC i have brought a few in who i won't have by deadline in the hope they rise...

It all depends on ownership. So the ones going up would have been lower owned with everyone jumping on and raising the price. The ones not going down are potentially higher owned which would need a lot more transfers. Outlier is Haaland as he was decent owned in GW 1
