When the defence said in his own words, I think they will show his police interview.. it’s suicide for him if he takes the stand.

He won’t take the stand imo and if he does he is gone, the prosecution will tear him a new one, I can’t see how any reasonable person could possibly find him not guilty.

you should work for the prosecution, this is exactly what they are going to do, use every word and every action against him.

Easy to say when 2 of the people who know the truth are dead.. he is odds on the found guilty of murder.. there is more then enough reasonable double that 2 people don’t die in struggle.. the prosecution will take his story apart.
