2 trades last week, Hastie and Flynn to Ashcroft and Lindsay

This week looking at Wicks, Day and Perryman to Zorko, Dale and Hewett

Too aggressive? Still working out SC (long time player of the other game). Held trades last year and came home pretty well but was way too far back so trying the opposite this year

Those trades look good.

Yes it's a balance between going hard early but saving some trades for late season carnage

Tsatas looks like he can play to my eye. But Essendon are a mess. I don't have him as I was worried about zerret, parish, durham, caldwell, a couple of other high draft picks that are floating around on wings etc. Where is he gonna play?

Gawn and Horny are players you want to trade into your team not out of your team imo.

Round 23 I would imagine Gawn and Horn Francis are players you would want in your team.

Definitely got me considering holding onto FOS for the JS / DPP.

I could trade Stone into Henderson if the former isn't named instead of using FOS, but the problem is I only get to bank $20k instead of $100k.

You will need to wait til teams. You could have dead rookies galore in your backline, so would need to look at COS from Geelong.

Would also look at Lynch out, Kako fwd and then bring in one of the rookies you have missed. Lindsay starting point.

FOS for me .....Tsatas looked good, given he played the whole game with a broken finger (apparently done in the warm-up) .....Tsatas a higher possession accumulator, growing in confidence

The trade I want is XLindsay to come in.
I was more towards keeping Tsatas for your reasons above.
But I feel FOS could pick up in his scoring with more games pumped into him.

Kako out? And I move Hewett to forwards or just swap FOS and bank the $$$$.

If you can do Lindsay for Kako

FOS has always been a low possession guy ....impactful in juniors, but that was as a MID ....not the WING role he's currently playing

Changed my mind on a few things.
The red mist after the weekend has faded (true use of the word!).

Current thinking.
Sheezel. HOLD.
Gawn. HOLD.
Petracca. HOLD.
JHF. C*ckhead. But HOLD.
Still scored 1972 with these "premos" all failing.

Updating rookies makes more sense.

Tsatas > Lindsay. Titsass will miss the next two games. Need that sweet Xavier future cash (and scoring power).
FOS > Henderson. Slow burn vs quick $100k and a loudly mooing rookie. Easy decision.

COS - PASS! Clunked some nice marks, but it was only 2 weeks ago he scored 48. Prior and Reid can do that without spending a trade. The rolling 88 is nice though.
I have 2 DEF rookies on field, but Bice will come in to D6 next week, and hopefully Mills is back RND 5 (return to 23 scoring players) and he can slot neatly into D5 (it's reliant on Prior and Reid holding spots, which I am not confident).

Could use my first boost. After the first 2 trades, I will have $408k in le puswah (I'll give it back soon OA )

Don't have Reid or Knevitt, but my rookies are OK.

Paton > Callaghan could be the go, but I don't need to go 6 deep in the MIDS. Need a F5 or D5.
Happy to take a punt on B.Smith, but that can wait until round 4 teams at the earliest.

Can afford Prior > Dale, if Prior is omitted.

Hmmmm. Decisions, decisions.
Things will be clearer after teams.
