As much as he sounds like he could be the next Tim Kelly, Marlion Pickett if all went well would be a steal. Just have a feeling VIC teams might not chance it and SA/WA/QLD might have a better chance to grab him. Have seen a few phantoms link him to us, but yeah I'm iffy on picking him.

I'm not convinced by Luke Valente (pace), Ned McHenry (don't want another small mid/forward), Ely Smith (needs/class), Curtis Taylor (bit to Ben Lennony), Jack Bytel (needs/injury/style) or Jacob Kennerley (just seems very outside and not zippy). Realistically probably all nice players but I want one of the top 20 to fall to Melbourne's first pick.

That it is the accursed pick number 6 makes it a formality.

Given that draft guru Chris Doerre (a.k.a. Knightmare) doesn't personally rate Quaynor inside the top 50, I really hope the Pies don't match any high bid.
