What year did East beat North in the GF in the 90's?

Just a question. In 92 or 93 East beat North in the GF. i'm sure East only won about 12 games out of 20, and North never lost a game all year till the GF. Am I right in the year that it happened? It was a real big upset at the time.

East Ballarat beat North in 93, not sure how many games east had won for the year but it was North's first defeat.
