would anyone know where to find (or has) Under 19 team sheets/team photos/footy records from 1969-1971? preferably hawthorns side

Apart from the club itself, not sure you'd find comprehensive lists, best players and golakickers most weeks perhaps via the Sporting Globe or The Sun, neither on Trove for that era yet. oh, and of course the VFL Record is fully online at State Library of Victoria, here for example link to Round 3 1969 page 27 which gives U19 goals and best:

Might get full team in Sporting Globe issues during the finals if the Hawks played in any.
