Seeing as we've never seen any previous President selling his arse in this manner the air is rich for conjecture and mirth. Obviously Clinton endorsed knee pads, cigars and stain removers would all have been a great sellers, a range of Richard Nixon My First Espionage Kits would have been a must have for any pre teen 70s Republican, and Reagan could have put his name to bullet proof vests, perhaps with a Jodie Foster endorsed range for the ladies. There must be more.
