First proper lease I’ve signed as my other places have been mainly cash to owner, was told that I was signing on as an occupant and all I remember signing was a transfer but I wasn’t surprised that everyone had to sign it as I figured it’s a change to the lease. Moved into the house in April and that lease was running out on June 16th, so I figured I was just on the lease until then, we actually signed the new lease in April.What sort of twat signs papers without actually reading what he is signing.

Nah, they all live south Brisbane and I’m north Brisbane for work. Probably for the best. One of my mates has gone back and forth between share houses and one bedders depending on his finances.Nah, they all live south Brisbane and I’m north Brisbane for work. Good people and wicked house, everyone got along, drinks and shit talks every night, ‘family dinners’ as such. It was wicked.Probably for the best. Obviously not going to do that again. Current housemates were like ‘we have to agree to whoever is going to move in as we have to live with them’ after I told them and asked if they had any friends looking for a place at the moment so it’s not a random. I just said it’s basically my job to find someone to replace me, just need to get a transfer signed so you’re welcome to help out but I’ll be signing the first one over that agrees and the real estate clears as fine.
If he didn’t steal food it wouldn’t be an issue though. I’m just putting it in my food, if he wants to eat it then it’s on him.
