I should've taken Theatre Arts more seriously, my high school was a specialist Theatre Arts school but I just did it because it was easy and the hot girls all did it.

If I had've knuckled down and taken it more seriously I could've been the next Heath Ledger or Hugh Jackman, well maybe not Heath Ledger as I'd be dead.

We had to do textiles in Yr 7.
Did metal technology, electo technology, cooking, music, Indonesian& art in Years 7/8/9 all before we were allowed to pick what we wanted in year 10.
Although the first 6 months of year 10 I spent up at puffing billy doing a trial certificate to try and get young people into the rail industry.
2 weeks straight of going up to Belgrave instead of school with 1 day a week after that until June.

This has reared it ugly head again in my street with whoever it is leaving the trolleys outside either my place or the place next door. Spend half my life reporting the trolleys to Trolley Tracker. Rang the council but they just they they would report them to the supermarket to come and collect them.
 
So looked at moving out and I thought I was only an occupant, not a tenant. Wrong. When I signed the transfer from the person I replaced I also signed a lease until December next year. Told the housemates I’m finding a replacement or they can get a friend to move in as I’m out. Explained that it’s basically living with animals because one of them doesn’t know any other way than to live in his own filth, I figured that would have caused him to clean the mess up that’s currently plaguing the kitchen. Nope, just added to it.

Anywho, bought pizza last night for dinner and left a few slices for work today, went to grab it to take with me and long and behold that campaigner ate it and left me one slice with the top picked at. It can only be one of them because the other is vego so she didn’t eat it. Seriously how disrespectful can one get?

Get me out of here! :p

It’s going to get better next week when I make some ‘protein balls’ that are actually full of laxatives and leave them in prime sitting position in the fridge. Stay tuned.

First proper lease I’ve signed as my other places have been mainly cash to owner, was told that I was signing on as an occupant and all I remember signing was a transfer but I wasn’t surprised that everyone had to sign it as I figured it’s a change to the lease. Moved into the house in April and that lease was running out on June 16th, so I figured I was just on the lease until then, we actually signed the new lease in April.

You live and you learn.
 
I enjoyed Home eco, but I was horrible with time management and presentation. The teacher liked me and helped me a lot, but it was something I was glad to get rid of.

Woodwork and metalwork were OK but not for me. I didn't like using all that machinery, would always get my friends to do it for me. Still have a letter holder at my parents house that they use to this day which was made in 2001.

Art was another subject I did not enjoy. And VCD. Cannot draw for the life of me.
 
Sewing and cooking at school? Hahahaha. That's what the help is for. Did you lot go to Peasant High?

Nah, they all live south Brisbane and I’m north Brisbane for work. Once I get someone in to take my spot I’ll probably jump into a unit/granny flat for like $180 a week by myself if I can snag one and just live carefully.

I’ll be moving back southside once qualified.

Probably for the best. One of my mates has gone back and forth between share houses and one bedders depending on his finances.
He's had some good share houses experiences and some soul destroying ones

The first one I lived in when I moved out of home, which was my only other real lease was the best experience ever, in Perth. Good people and wicked house, everyone got along, drinks and shit talks every night, ‘family dinners’ as such. It was wicked.

Basically all Brisbane ones have been shit. Where I am now is prime spot for uni living as well which means a lot of them are privileged uni students who’s parents still wipe their ass as they have never had a job, or work 20 hour weeks and think that’s huge.

Well, first lease issue I’ve had. Was told that I was transferring onto the old ‘occupants’ position. I’d never even heard of this occupancy rather than tenant thing. I signed one thing, as the real estate emailed me the lease and I thought it was just a new sheet that had my name instead of the other guy.

Obviously not going to do that again. Current housemates were like ‘we have to agree to whoever is going to move in as we have to live with them’ after I told them and asked if they had any friends looking for a place at the moment so it’s not a random. I just said it’s basically my job to find someone to replace me, just need to get a transfer signed so you’re welcome to help out but I’ll be signing the first one over that agrees and the real estate clears as fine.

If I can give one piece of advice though. Before you leave you need to order another pizza and leave the remaining pieces in the fridge but this time lace them with laxatives. Any man that steals another mans pizza is a piece of sh*t and should be dealt with accordingly.
