This gives me a bad feeling.

Seeing reporting that Jarrod Witts is out of the Essendon match with a hamstring injury. Does anyone have more information?

GC SUNS co-captain Jarrod Witts will miss Saturday’s clash at Marvel Stadium against St Kilda with a hamstring complaint.

Witts missed Sunday’s match against the Bombers and will target a return to action following the SUNS’ Round 14 bye.

“Jarrod will be unavailable this weekend with a low-grade hamstring strain, but we expect him to be available in Round 15 following the bye,” GC SUNS Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull said.

Oskar Faulkhead, who has been out of action for a number of weeks with an ankle injury, will also be available for selection after the bye.”

Lachie Weller has resumed full training with the squad and remains on schedule to return in six weeks, while Malcolm Rosas Jnr got through his return to action in the VFL on Sunday unscathed.
