Dyer is a handy player and would play HDFL seniors if he could dedicate to a full pre-season etc. But I think he signed a clearance to play last year to have a kick with a few mates in the ressies. He said a few weeks ago he was looking at playing the odd game at Toolleen next season. He's getting married to Tanya Cavallaro next year, so he might be under the thumb very soon too!

So it is a FACT that the RDFL has produced more stars that both the Ballarat League and the Bendigo league? You have these facts to back this statment up I would presume. You do realise that the BFL teams supply the Pioneers, Rebals and Cannons?

There may be a small chance that your "facts" are more of a guess as you don't know all the kids that have gone through the under 18 system and then become stars from the 2 BFL's. If this is the case please don't use the word FACT in an attempt to build a stronger case - maybe IMO would be better suited in cases like this. Thanks

Most TAC cup 18 players are first picked from the 16 age group and we all know the RDFL supply's most of these (Cannons, Jets, you missed them KA) as a mix of these are not from RDFL senior clubs how do both of you come up with your arguments. The 18 interleague games have been great advertisement for both BFL and RDFL leagues with close results and a great standard of games.

nothing further halfull? any names in regards to coach?

Great opportunity for these players to play against some of the best country victorian footballers. Will be good to see how they all go. I think they will make a valuable contribution and further the growing respect of the RDFL.

Heard Rockbank have picked up a few WRFL Div 2 players, does anyone think this will help them off the bottom? What do they need to do other than buy a premiership they've got some good footballers and some good youth coming through. What happened to Centrals this year they looked like they had not a bad list and a good young coach in his second year?

Interesting... Who are the players Squeeky, have they come from your club? To answer your question, nothing went wrong with our boys. We have a great list, great coach and will again improve in 09.
