On top of Masters post, i am providing 1 guideline which must be followed at all times.

Play the ball, not the man!!

If you arent happy with something, whether it be a decision made by an umpire, act of idioticy on the field, or some other issue you don't agree with, attack the topic. DO NOT Attack the person!

If Umpire D makes a completely obsurd decision, tell us why the decision is obsurd, don't attack the umpire, using personal attacks.
If Player E strikes Player F, Don't tell us how Player E is a dirty little sniper, Tell us about the incident, why it was so wrong.

I think you will get the point.
This isn't being directed at anyone in particular, just a note to continue following as you enjoy BF's Boards.
