Geez! Just look at all those Roys topics! They are certainly filling up the main board. You can bet that all the hype being created will ensure that these Roys topics become a frequent part of BigFooty.

It's a wonder someone hasn't had the idea of giving us a Roys board all to ourselves.

Just think, a new topic for every one of Kev's songs! As well as a new topic for every one of Phil's editorials, "Olmy's Game Plans", Fat Pizza's Italian recipe section, Dangerman's tour de France reports . . .

It's probably negative lobbying to flood the board with topics, Olmy. Bluey's a responsible type, and is more likely to be put off the idea if pressured.

Having said that :

LIFE AFTER ROOS (Robert Palmer's 'Looking for clues)
(Written yonks ago, as can be seen its outdated)

Not too long after Caton helped us beat the cats he pissed off, from our team.
The fine young cannibals recruited him, good thing.
Poor Ossie's days are numbered now he's gone, to the dogs.
We could have put him to a better use, in ninety-five.

Billy McCormack always had a shonky sort of relationship, with the Roys.
He and his bulky frame just waved goodbye, goodbye.
Turbo seemed to know all along that he wanted out, from here.
Lynchy had to make a fuss and have a cry,
but there is life after Roos.

I have to make an effort now to remember Perty, as a Lion.
Maybe we should have paid his salary while he was out injured.
Every time I think of Krokah I just end up thinkin' "what's the use, forget".
I'm gonna have to add him to my list of exodus.

Butch Gale was the sort of player that we could now use, out there.
I suspected all along he and Benny would get, together.
Caven was just starting to find some true form, he left.
Ferris Broderick had decided by around June,
but there is life after Roos.

It's pretty hard to miss a bloke who's hard to see when right in front, of you.
Still it's hard to get over the loss of TS Elliott.
Mick Dunstan got an urge to hit the West for better tenure, he's gone.
Rosco never said a word and just disappeared,
but I know there's life after Roos.

They keep insisting footy is now more a business and no longer sport, oh yeah.
It's pretty hard to earn some money on a second chance, oh my.
I've spent a lot of money on a fund that offers no return, oh yeah.
I'd chuck my job to see us take up a Grand Final stance,
'cause I know there's life after Roos.

Hallowed be thy Roy

oh hey Mobbenfuhrer, good point. I was just curious as to our board's status, not trying to put pressure on.
