Yep agree Nicks has got a plan club needs to buy into it needs a couple more years speaks well good young talent,draft picks etc.Needs to clean up a few senior players past it or trade. Ex players need to keep away to from crows one in particular been issue to long.

We finished a horrid 2009 winning four of our last five games (including beating a top 4 Bulldogs team in Melbourne) and thought we were on the up.

... we won the spoon the next year.

That eagles 2009 side managed a record of 8 wins and 14 defeats. funny thing is that eagles side lost 3-4 games by 2 goals or less. 2 of them were derbies. Saying that, eagles could of made finals in 2009 at essendons expense.

its weird because the crows have some good solid players. Yet on the other hand they need to fill in some holes or blanks.

I am not saying no mans land. But they wont finish near the top 4. And they are too good to finish in the bottom 4 either

Most of our side are still under 50 games, so we will get inconsistency... but the biggest issue in the 1st month of the season is the coaching group inexplicably reverted to a painful slow moving game plan where we proceeded to lose every game. Funny how we have begun winning games again with quick ball movement...

He isn't elite but you give him 50 scoring shots a season, no issues with him kicking 35 goals and 15 behinds
