according to the news tonight, once it's 6pm on Friday in Victoria all retail will be open to you regardless of vaccination status (not limited to just essentials).

they'll probably cut it back to 7 days, and then claim a "tennis bubble" for practicing, surrounding pubs/restaurants etc. Regardless, money talks (as usual)
