Nah, you can only edit the lists that you have on the game, and no teams. There is no creation just edit. Plus, it is hard to edit to such a champion player, as the salary works on ratings at the start, and therefore, it is very unlikely to have say Dale Thomas chucked up to 80 odd straight...
