AFL is a business. They want more money. They get more money from corporate dollars filling the MCG on GF Day. So they want to host it there. Fairness and equality doesn't come into it. All about $$ and that wont change anytime soon. Neither will the venue for the GF.

A Carlton Poster said this in the Carl vs North Thread last night and I think it sums up the feeling of most here. Fine we have the MCG as the GF venue but at least give interstate teams more than 1 game a year prior to the GF.

A question for all in this thread. Most of you are complaining about the inequality between Vic and Non Vic teams. I ask, how would you fix it? Stop the bickering for a second and come up with ways to make the fixture more "fair"
