Pearce is fast but he doesn't use it. He is more a long kicking player and he is usually accurate. Doesn't get a whole lot of easy 1-2 handballs, just gets the ball and picks out an option and kicks it. He is a good get for you guys. Only risk is he slacks off now that he has his big contract...
