OMG really, what a crab appointment if true. No experience in the prem or Europe as a manager. I'm sure he's a good manager, but manager at Chelsea is a levels beyond championship football. Feels like he could be a early sacking, and we'd waste another year!!!

Chelsea FC - Pride of London

Gone from excited for next season to expecting a repeat of last season. Slow start that will slowly turn around. They better not sell Gallagher

Can't believe it really, team was settled and we were getting results. I'm pissed off about it. Back to the manager lottery.

    Jake Waterman Amnesty

Interesting when Allen comes back, I think you have to play Waterman deepest forward. His contested marking within 25m of goal this year is best in the comp. Allen to play the roaming forward.

Finishing 6th is a great result, given our start. European football next season is a great reward for good second half of the season. My only gripe is how the he'll did Foden win the Player of the Year award? He's in a great side and had great stats but surely it's Palmer or Watkins. Watkins...

Whilst I really like, he'd be a flight risk IMO. Played some local dads footy with his old man, don't reckon he'd want to leave the state. Sad all the same.

    Yeah, I'm doubtful on Hewett!

No not all, maybe at the national draft but not the MSD. MSD there isn't a heap of talent so you just have to take best available no matter the position. Plus as we're likely to have pick 3 we won't have much choice, as it's starts to get into more speculative selections shortly after...

I thought too slow might be it, and yeah he's a midsized defender.

Just call me the scribe! Results so far, couldn't have gone any better for us. Have to treat Bournemouth as a huge game, just need that point! Imagine Tottenham have a shock loss and we win! 5th is very unlikely, but a slim chance.

Just on Will Patton, he's put together some solid form as mid sized defender in the SANFL so can clearly play. But he was passed over last year for some reason, despite being All Australian and Captain of SA and was definitely one of the better players in the draft class. I don't know what the...

Correct, no clear stand out. Some pretty good options but no one to get really excited about. Talent pool isn't huge, so just have to take best available rather than look to fill a positional need.

I always though Tsatas needed to slow down on his last few steps before kicking, he'd take off at break neck speed and kick at that high speed. Most good players slow right down just before they kick, he doesn't. This led to erratic kicking at best.

Yep, some great signs. Love the fight back 💪 United have Arsenal then Newcastle, love Arsenal beat United so we stay 3 pts clear then United beat Newcastle. Brighton away will be tough though

Did not expect to see RJ again this year. Beautiful cross

He's put together some great form playing SANFL seniors recently. I can't figure out why he didn't get drafted, he's a very good talented player, captain of his state so has leadership and was all Australian. Must be something why he's not been drafted...

I just think with the MSD options are very limited in terms of talent - usually only 2-4 good options the rest are speculative selections. So you just have to take best available rather than try fill a list need. Hopkins to me is bordering on the speculative selection, and look I'm only basing...

You seemed to have missed Oskar Smart here, he'd be top of that list. Why Hopkins so high, watching both games for the Young Guns he was pretty good without being great. Certainly didn't walk away from watching it, thinking we must draft him.

He's my pick, very talented. I've watched both games now of Young Guns, some talent in there but he stood out most followed by McLachlan. What do you know of his off field behavior?

I agree on FOS and Draper, as FOS has been really underwhelming so far although I know he's had the injuries. Draper just hasn't been on the park yet. Each to their own, I think he's got a very high level of football in him. Development for him will come from putting on size on when he hits the...

He's a mid sized defender, so I'd have him in the 15-30 range.
