None last night. Averages 1 every 3 games. I think when he came on as the sub v Gold Coast he went into the middle. Might have been the highlight for the year playing in the middle.
0 contested possessions last night from 83% time on ground. He couldn’t win his own ball. Yes he was serviceable but he’d be lucky to hold his place for the next game.
Most contested marks for any Swan last night. Equal second in score involvements with the likes of Grundy, Gulden and Papley.
When he gets the ball he has an influence. Need him to get more of the ball.
That was an away win and they don’t come easily.
Oddly we have been blessed in the first half of the season with a few injuries yet during preseason we lost Mills, Parker and Adams.

Not after the initial concussion he missed two weeks snd went straight back into the seniors. However when he had further concussion symptoms and missed 2 months of football he went through the reserves.
Another way of looking at it, Brown got 3 while McCartin at best gets back in 5. You were happy for the Giants player with 3 weeks. Less time out of the game than the victim.
However for the Swans player you want equality with the impact to the victim is matched in the sentence.
Minor details but Brown got 3 weeks (not 4) for what looked worse than Parker’s legitimate bump attempt. McCartin is still out after the late hit from Brown (will miss 5 weeks).

Parker won a spot in what ended up being a premiership team off the back
of Ben McGlynn puled hamstring in the first week of the 2012 finals.
No doubt Parker is himself aware of the ups and downs of playing in a team and the luck you need to break into a team.
I wonder if rather than Parker...
