Showed he has plenty of talent, 6 possessions, a mark, a couple of tackles, set up a goal, in just a quarter and a half. Looked composed, can't wait to see him with a a pre-season under the hood and a few more miles on the clock.
Guys like Harvey, Joey R, Sully, these are the blokes we are going to need to take over from Steele, Mitch, Elliot, WHE, and our other 30+ year olds when they retire over the next two seasons or so, and Pendles when he calls it a day in his mid 50's.
Schultz just hasn't got his mojo working as yet, works hard but it's just not happening for him. Fair argument he does need time and a breakout game is coming.
Now whether you are in the give him time camp or, move him aside camp, Richards has come in and been mighty impressive as has Harvey...
Predictably looked well out of his depth. Still see him as a very speculative pick, has good size, athleticism and breeding but, a long way off it yet. The J curve needs to kick in and one suspects that won't be until next season if it comes. The positive is, now he has had a taste of it.
Very impressive lad, so clean, quick and tackles above his weight division. Good overhead for his size as well, and stronger than his frame suggests.
22 possessions last night and kicking a goal a game, a lot to like.

Look, the lad is elite in every aspect of the game but, he is also still very young and learning all the time, so you know he is only going to keep getting better.
At the moment, he is in a bit of a rut where he is either chipping nine irons and sand wedges into the forward line or, having his...
Have to have a quiet chuckle at the fact that, despite a ten-goal plus win, with half the senior side out, there are still the glass-half-empty campaigners posting endlessly on the post-game thread haha!

Plenty of others could have gotten into the votes and are stiff to miss out: McRae was fantastic, Noble played well, Josh had a huge second half, Steele was fantastic, Backline was very solid but it really wasn't in there too often. Sully...
Came in thinking this was a huge danger game what with all the outs. Really impressive to see us thump them, and to see our new and 'newish' players really take their chances.
Richards was calm, cool, quick, and actually stronger than I expected. What a debut, really exciting for him and the...
