Rumour 2024 Hypothetical trade and FA Thread

If we do end up with Smith,Battle and Perryman which I think will be the hardest to get seeing his a GWS player, and they don’t lose many. I hope we also try to get a bargain for a 4th rounder or something like we have with Ginnivan and D’Ambrosio as it builds the youth base and bring in...

Pep Guardiola used this when attacking also at Barcelona with his tiki-taka tactics, passing in triangles which is always moving and which makes a player always free to take the next pass, He taken this to another level with pace and movement At Manchester City.

Welcome Welcome to Hawthorn : Jack Ginnivan!

I think he will end up in midfield and be a very good one, he could add that attacking flair with Mackenzie.

Welcome Welcome to Hawthorn, Chad Wingard. 200 games! Signed to the end of 2024

I agree with you but whose spot does he take, as I feel his spot has been taken by Ginni, MacDonald , Moore and Mitchell like Breust as his sub. And on current form none of those guys are getting dropped, we also need to find a way to bring Watson in also.

    Preview Round 13, 2024: Hawthorn v GWS Giants, 8 June 2024, 1.45pm @ UTAS

Does Wingard get back into the side when his fully fit, if so who does he replace? As I feel he plays in the role Gini,MacDonald, Moore plays in, and will we drop one of these guys for him. Breust is the sub and this works well and Sam seem to like him there.

Welcome Welcome to Hawthorn : Calsher Dear!

Maybe This is something that Gunston and Breust could work with him on over summer both were great kicks for goal in there prime.

Welcome Welcome to Hawthorn : Calsher Dear!

Do we have a Goal kicking Coach to work with Dear? As last week against Brisbane the commentators I think it was Derm said he was dropping the ball on the side of his foot.

Do you think we still need another top 5 pick player like Derm came out and said this week.

Just like in 2018 when we thought we were better than we were, finishing 4th and the club kept trading away picks on players to get back there. Put our rebuild back a few years.
