Pretty sure that's from the FS+academy game we played against Essendon in R23 this year before the big game. Were kids aged 12-17 or something from memory.

Stephenson is surely the ultimate example of why you can't rate players like this. First year wins rising star - A+, second year suspended for betting on footy - F. Any rating in that range can be justified. Could be, and hope he'll be closer to A+ when all is said and done.
